Program Rates (General Cost Basis)
Libraries may book one or more experiences. Program cost is based on number of experiences, total program duration, and number of participants.
Each booking includes setup, facilitated programming, cleanup, and all supplies & materials.
Mileage is billed at the NYS reimbursement rate (72.5¢ per mile, round trip).
Programs held on multiple days or at different locations are booked separately.
